Great selection at breakfast, WiFi worked well, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a super location for bus transport to Palma and for walks along Playa de Palma. Our room had an excellent sea view too which we would be requesting when we return in the future.

From amazing atmosphere to wanderfull staff, there is nothing we did not like during our stay! We have been greeted with 2 free drinks, the room was spotless, house keeping team friendly and keen to help. We needed to borrow a vacuum cleaner to get the air out from the vacuum bags and it was not a problem at all. Breakfast was delicious! Waiting staff was kind and helpful. The hotel itself was just stunning, clean and fresh. The last day of our stay suprised as a bit as we received an invote to a free dinner from the Management team. We had a splendid evening talking with Natalia the assistant manager, cheerful lady with a lot of positive aura around her! We also had a chat with one of the waiting staff ladies. In general the whole team of the Hotel was amazing, let's not forget about the indispensable reception team! We will be back!

the cleaning lady came each day, changed the towels, took the garbage. The staff were super friendly and they made sure we enjoyed our stay. We really had an excellent experience!
The aparthotel it was very clean and completely with appliances. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Food was tasty and diverse. Entertaining was the best , my daughter s was very happy. Thank you for everything Ona Cala Pi and see you next year! I highly recommend this place.
Beautiful location very quiet and safe. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was very clean and had everything necessary for self catering and options available for breakfast included, half or full board very reasonably priced. Poolside entertainment has something for everyone and great atmosphere. really relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
