Lovely staff, great food, very clean, stylish decor. Comfy accommodation. The staff work hard and they are very polite and helpful. We loved it here. Great for families as there are 2 large pools and it didn't feel overcrowded. The beach is a minute away. Easy to get to Ciutadella and other areas if you want to escape the resort. Very relaxing place to stay. We loved walking along the coastline to Son Xoriguer after dinner (bring some good walking shoes for the rocks).

We had a lovely stay. The local restaurants were great. We would recommend Sa Lluna and the tapas at Alaska. Excellent beach short walk away. Also couple of nice walks to other local beaches.
Parking was €70 for the week which we thought was reasonable.

The hotel has everything for a comfortable stay, especially for families – good food for breakfasts and dinners, fairly spacious apartments with possibilities for cooking, grocery stores nearby, three pools and proximity to the sea. We appreciated the kid-friendliness of the hotel and especially the energy of the animation team – our daughter keeps talking about them and dancing to the songs of the mini disco. The hotel also makes an effort to reduce single-use plastics, which is particularly visible in the restaurant area (it's great without all those single doses of jams, butters etc that hotels usually have).
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
very clean and a great space. large terrace. everything you want for self catering. excellent location as 1 min walk to sandy cove and a few metres from bust stop. supermarket at the property. Sara was just amazing. so helpful and a FAB host. nothing was a problem at all and she was always happy to help. would highly recommend this property and would stay again :)
