We recently stayed at this aparthotel right outside the main train station. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the room was very clean and tidy. We stayed for a week and appreciated the welcoming staff, especially Sabina, who was cheerful and incredibly helpful. She even escorted us to our room and explained everything we needed to know.
Most communication with the staff was done via WhatsApp, as the front desk isn't always staffed. This wasn’t an issue for us, and we actually found it quite efficient. The hotel also has an in-house gym, and while there is a sauna available, it requires an additional fee. Including it in the room rate would make it even better. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay with a convenient location and friendly staff.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The host was very helpful and explained the local area of where to go and where to avoid, also explained about the local festival. He made time to respond to all messages and went further to make sure we received the information eith short notice. The apartment was sufficuently stocked for self catering, very clean and comfortable
Stayed here whilst at the BMW Motorrad Days. A five minute walk into town. Underground parking for motorcycles. Great self catering facilities. Lovely town.

The location is convenient, but I found myself mistakenly confusing this hostel property with the nearby DJH apartment hotel. Be aware of additional charges during check-in, as mentioned in the description. Despite a positive review, I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, although the rooms met my expectations.
The hotel concept was very unique- it was like a service apartment with restaurant facilities. I liked the Scandinavian vibes and design of the loft. It was cosy and good enough for us for a short stay. Town was a 10min walk but manageable.

Absolutely beautiful and well equipped self catering apartment. Felt like I could have been in my own home! Decent, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms one with an excellent shower, and the other (en-suite to the main bedroom) with a great bath!
Good location, next to Olympic ski stadium and short walk to Partnachklamm. Good breakfast included, but self-catering possible if preferred. Friendly staff.
