We were upgraded to a bigger room. It was quiet, clean and well appointed. There were cutlery and crockery for self catering. Tea coffee and biscuits were available on arrival and replenished on days staff attended the room. (There was no milk but we did not go to office to ask because we had some.) The shower pressure was good and the bed comfortable. Parking was easy.
