Our apt was large with two separate rooms which allowed privacy for each family. Very clean and well equipped. We especially would like to note Lukas from the hotel's management staff who was a great help to us with our car breakdown. He helped us with all our needs including making phone calls to tow truck and a tire service, and police, down to helping with take away coffee. Pia was an excellent host. Even when I made a mistake with my booking for two people, she generously accommodated both of us and even ended up upgrading our room which was a wonderful surprise for us. She was very helpful recommending restaurants and the apartment app system worked very smoothly and efficiently. The rooms themselves were lovely, clean and very nicely decorated. Overall a really wonderful experience.
