The location was good, 10-15min walk to the metro station. By car it was quick to get to the ring/highway. Parking was free from Friday evening-Sunday evening. The service at the reception was very nice.

We stayed at Oliver apartments on 2 separate occasions within a 3 week period. It was excellent especially for the price and well managed.
Even though I prefer being met personally on arrival, the automated self check in was seamless and guest information is via an app and provides essential information. (Be aware that this system will check you out exactly on time and your key cards wont work after that so make sure you check out a few mins prior.)
On our first visit we stayed in apt #109 which was on the ground level with an outdoor patio which is perfect for summer but we didn't use during our visit. Our 2nd visit was in #209 ( no accessible balcony) but the layout in 109 was much better. There is an elevator to all floors.
Both are superior apartments but #109 is more spacious. Both have good block out shutters, comfortable double ensemble beds and pillows. Nice big bathroom. #209 was a similar style but less spacious . It does have a balcony but you cant access it. Both can be quiet depending on who your neighbours are. Both face inwards to the courtyard and tend to be a bit dark inside (the online photos make it look lighter than it actually is in October).

It is a quiet location and very multicultural which is close to Ubahns (#4 and #6), bus into the inner strasse ( 15 mins), supermarkets and main pedestrian shopping mall
