It was my first experience staying in Japanese Ryokan and I'm super happy that I've chosen Ryokan Murayama. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Ryokan also has special private Onsens were you can stay with you only your group regardless the gender. The special dinner we order was also quite nice.
Great location, very clean and the staff were amazing. The Japanese breakfast was excellent. The private spa was also nice after a long day of walking.
There was a very nice atmosphere created by the traditional Japanese building and antiques around the whole ryokan. On top of that the personnel was super nice!
I have nothing to criticize this amazing Hotel.
Consider staying here for a full japanese hotel experience. Outdoor hot spring was very realaxing. Staff were extremely friendly
Fantastic traditional style Japanese home with all the modern amenities. Our favorite stay in all of Japan for a great price! Just enough outside the main drag to still be easily walkable, but in a VERY local village. Just perfect.
Renovated by a hotel chain (Tabist), Kazeyuki offers a basic ryokan experience (without the meals) in the middle of the Japanese alps. The private baths were the highlight of our stay. If the baths were public, they could become a cluster and spread Covid. So I loved that this hotel provided the baths as private for guests in a first come first serve system. We could enjoy them with peace of mind. There are 4 baths available so there was always vacancy. The room was spacious and quiet.
