Excellent breakfast. The dinner was more than excellent. The checking was easy. The staff of two men was outstanding. This a very informal and casual situation and there is someone available at any time. The setting is on the water and spectacular. One member of our party required gluten and dairy free food. This was not a problem as they had food for her wirh no advanced notice. This is an old property kept in excellent condition. We will be back on our next trip to Norway. We have been to Norway 10 times and this is one of the best places we have stayed at. Incidentally the property is not in Harstad but is on E6. I highly recommend this property

I like the glamping style. Perfect tent along the lake (sea). The hotel prepared everything in your tent. Comfy bed, I arrived here quite late(evening) and it was rain that time. If on sunny day would be perfect. The breakfast soooo good and yummy. Staffs really helpful. I would definitely back here again.

House on the lake offers accommodations in Bogen, 27 miles from Narvik Museum. There's a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. First of all: I rarerly got in contact with such a helpful host. Piri was always avaiable and helped with everything we asked for. We stayed in the apartement in the first floor and all three of us really loved it. It is comfy, well equiped and we immediatly felt at home. The view is beautiful and also the lake behind the house is amazing. We were lucky enough to also see the Northern lights right from the house. I can highly recommend this place!
