It’s a very convenient place, walking distance from airport , ATM and supermarket are available near by I was sad I had to cut my stay short but I will be definitely coming back. For me, the hospitality extended by each staff member, from the shuttle driver to the reception and restaurant personnel, was exceptional. It was a wonderful first-time introduction to the friendliness of Ethiopian culture. The hotel did very well in customer service as early as my booking the reservation many months prior. Businesses should be reminded that with good customer service, any minor negative can be overlooked or forgiven. Great job, Jupiter!
