And you will meet with Sara on the reception, and her colleagues, they are all together a very good team, always smiling to your face. People on the restaurant, people on the Hotel shuttle service, security people, Abbay 😊. It's all about people.

The hoster and staff so helpful. The rooms are so clean and the location is so close to the airport. We had an issue with our ticket, the owner helped us to to fix the problems.

It was a wonderful first-time introduction to the friendliness of Ethiopian culture. The hotel did very well in customer service as early as my booking the reservation many months prior. Businesses should be reminded that with good customer service, any minor negative can be overlooked or forgiven. Great job, Jupiter!
