Although I booked very late and my credit card was declined because it was not activated for use in Algeria, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. I contacted the hotel to inform them of the issue, and Mrs. Fatma, who was very understanding, confirmed my room despite the circumstances. I greatly appreciate her professional attitude. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and all front desk employees are very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to meet Mrs. Fatma in person after our phone conversation. My room was well-appointed with brand-new furnishings. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Algiers Airport. The hotel features a rooftop restaurant and café, and there are numerous grocery shops and fast-food outlets in the vicinity. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of international and Algerian dishes, including all types of coffee, juice, pancakes, omelets, and fresh fruits, all in a very nice atmosphere.
