The personnel of the maison is utterly welcoming, friendly and helpful. They speak French, Italian, and some English - beside Kirundi. The personnel can support you in finding local drivers and guides to visit Bujumbura and the nearby hills and provinces. Notice that this is a non-profit, social impact business: the Maison is managed by Fondazione San Filippo Neri, based in Bujumbura, yet with an Italian founder (padre Luigi Vitella).
