Very clean. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. I came alone and I felt very comfortable and safe.

Set in extensive landscaped gardens, this 5-star retreat is just 2 km from Deira City. It has 5 swimming pools and 17 restaurants and bars for guests to choose from. I have asked for early check-in, but it was paid unfortunately. However the guy on reception decided to smoothen the situation and gave me for the price of early check-in, the access to Le Royal Club rooms and services. It was the best idea, as the room in Le Royal Club was huge, bright, clean and very very comfortable, as well as the services, that came with Le Royal Club. 10/10

Nice breakfast with helpful gentleman on shift who got me a decaf coffee as it wasn't available from the machine. Cleaning staff also very friendly. Gym was good.
