Good location, clean and new facilities. I liked the style of the hotel and the incredible views of the Michigan lake from the room. Decor was stylish and neat.

Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge... Beautiful property, stunning decor, clean and modern. Amazing staff, so kind and always ready to accommodate any request. The restaurant is also fantastic, had brunch there and it was great + the amazing service continued from the hotel. Oh and the rooftop was such a nice vibe, literally can’t say enough good things about our stay.

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. This is a wonderful hotel! The room and the entire property are spotlessly clean, well designed and the lobby was so welcoming. In fact, it was the first hotel that made me want to spend time just sitting by the fireplace. We had the opportunity to eat at ETA (the hotel restaurant) for dinner and breakfast a few times and the food was excellent. Finally, the staff, with the exception of one team member was very kind, helpful and friendly.

The lake view is absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday night and the room was a front row seat to the bi-weekly fireworks (I was told they do them on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the spring and summer). At check in try asking for a higher floor!

This hotel has the best beds and pillows ever! After staying at the Blake we went to a 4-star hotel more pricey and I can say the Blake was a better option for a cheaper price! Very comfortable and spacious room, walk distance from important places in the Loop. Also has a restaurant attached to the hotel with great breakfast options
