The part that exceeded my expectations has to be more explicit to give you an idea of how the hostel and its employees have one of the nicest approaches towards the customers. I stayed on Christmas Eve night in Ostello Bello. A dinner was prepared for the clients who were staying on that day who were involved in a cosy atmosphere with little gifts on whose names were written. Besides the professionalism of the staff, it was well-organized. Last but not least, the lady with glasses ensures your stay with complete kindness and cuteness...

This fourth floor boutique hotel is small and quiet and tastefully designed. The over the top Roberto Cavalli table sets are offset by a minimalist colour pattern and the abundance of original art. The hotel sits just at the edge of the historic center, it is about 20’ from the Duomo or Ponte Vechio. Excellent breakfast too! Will gladly return. Useful tip: they have an arrangement with a parking place so you can drop your luggage and they will valet park your car. Same at departure.

Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. I liked the rooms, they were very spacious and clean. The breakfast service in the room was perfect! The location was also ideal if you arrive from the train station, cause it only takes like 7 minutes.

Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are really good. 45-60min drive from Florence or Pisa. Also on driving distance from Sienna or San Gimignano. Absolutely recommended.

Great location with a lot of not so touristy restaurants around. Amazing and very helpful staff. Nice rustical "Toscana-Style" architecture. Breakfast was also great (for italian standards). And another thing - amazing, comfy and secure parking space just in front of the building, accessible without entering ZTL.
