Situated amongst citrus trees and flowers, Hotel Eleana is 70 metres from Agios Ioannis beach and 300 metres from the famous Papa Nero Beach. Our hosts were hospitable, always present with a smile at the hotel entrance, eager to help you. The room was simple but spacious, the shutters, the curtain, the simple furniture create a pleasant atmosphere, oriented to the northeast, I believe, so the sun did not reach the room/balcony, which was very good for the warm end of August.. The view from the room was to the hotel courtyard and a partial view to the sea. Good pressure in the shower, but it couldn't be used to the maximum because the shower tub is very small and the water reaches out the bathroom quickly. But let's not forget that it's a 2-star hotel, probably with a bigger bathroom it would have 3 stars. The large, well-kept courtyard of the hotel with natural shadow from the trees. The underground parking helped us a lot, a car is necessary to reach the area and visits. A particularly beautiful region with sea and mountains, clear waters full of fish. Very beautiful beaches in the area, our favorites were Papa Nero and then Plaka at walking distance. Other beautiful beaches accessible by car in less than an hour Damouchari, Fakistra, Milopoptamos. Many taverns and shops within a short distance. The prices are not high. We would like to revisit the region and stay here again.
