Our hotel is perfectly situated with views of Lake Windermere, just a short stroll from the bustling village centre of Bowness-on-Windermere and the boats that travel the length of Windermere, making... everything, I couldn’t fault the location, room, spa, staff, everything was perfect and even better than what I’ve been told! we can’t wait to go back again!

Featuring garden views, Lake District romantic get away in 1 acre gardens off M6 provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 26 km from Askham Hall. The property was comfortable and equipped with all the basics. My children loved the outside space and trampoline, along with being able to see all the cars and animals. Even though the property sits very close to the road you cannot hear the traffic at all. It was great entertainment for my son.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Portland House is situated in Keswick, 3 km from Derwentwater and 17 km from Buttermere. You will be lucky if you can find a better hotel in Keswick. Spotlessly clean, great facilities and attention to even the smallest details. A wonderfully comfortable bed and a great breakfast. The owners are lovely, friendly hosts to whom nothing is too much trouble. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, you will not be disappointed.

Great location lovely views. Apartment was clean warm, quiet and had everything we needed. Instructions for host were clear.

Located near Ambleside, The Samling Hotel has a garden and a terrace. The property features a bar, as well as a restaurant serving British cuisine. Great view from the hotel, staffs are friendly and professional.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Elton Guest House features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. We stayed for a couple of nights in the Guest house. The owners make the stay very confortable and they help you with everything that they can (lake district walks..). There are some amenities in the house such as dards, pool table and a lounge with a big mirror. all the facilities are in a very good condition. I also recommend the breakfast - half buffet half menu in their lovely dining room. The area is very close to many Lake district walk starting point and the beach of the town was a nice surprise for us. There are some coffee shops where you can have a coffee with sea views. we completely recommend it.

Abbey Apartments Modern ApartHotel for Tourists & Professionals offers accommodation in the central conservation area of Barrow-in-Furness Furness. The apartment is beautiful! There are three windows in the living room that look out onto a main street and provide great natural light. Apartment is spacious, clean, nicely furnished and in a well maintained building with parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Situated in the quaint village of Boot, The Boot Inn offers free WiFi access, free parking, a bar and a restaurant. Excellent food, especially the breakfast omelettes. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Great outdoor beer garden.
