Well situated in the Yong Ding district of Zhangjiajie, Atour Hotel Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain is set 30 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 300 metres from Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office and... The location of the hotel is the best, walk only 5 mins to the cable station to go to Tien Men Shan Mountain. The room is super excellent, big and clean, good design, sound proof, great bed, two big pillows.

Such a nice apartment, with an outstanding view. we got the 2 bedroom apartment, it had 2 bathrooms also. super clean and modern, had everything we needed from the kitchen facilities, using the washing machine, toiletries etc. Actually when you arrive its not that wow from the outside but when you get to your room its WOW. The staff were super attentive and helpful also.

He got us tickets to the park, gave us a personalised route to hike, helped out with my birthday celebration, gave us the coolest ride to the park, arranged a taxi for us, and overall was really great to be around. The hotel is also very pretty and the views are amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

First, I was upgraded to a single room as the Inn was not full. Then, they helped me a lot to plan for my trip in the Zhangjiajie National Park & Tianman moutain, advised me on the restaurants in the area, booked me my taxi, etc They were so helpful !
