In the North Adelaide district of Adelaide, close to Adelaide Oval, Majestic M Suites has a fitness centre and a washing machine. Fantastic suites, big, very clean and comfortable. A real luxury. We have been there with 2 children twice, in total for 8 nights and we felt immediately like at home. The location in north Adelaide is great, close to many restaurants and caffès, 25min walk from the city center. Super friendly and helpful staff. We could leave part of our luggages in the hotel for free for 2 weeks when we were traveling south Australia in a motorhome. Washing machine and tumbler in the apartment. We would definitively stay at Majestic again.

Located in Penola, in a building dating from 2004, Alexander Cameron Suites features barbecue facilities and guestrooms with free WiFi. Fantastic welcoming, helpful and friendly owner. Great breakfast - simple but filling with cereal, bread, juice and fruit. Lovely area with lots to explore.

Set in Mount Gambier and with Blue Lake reachable within 2 km, Mount Gambier Hotel offers a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. Perfect and cleaned bedroom with very spacious bathroom. You have a pub inside for breakfast and dinner which is great. Located in the centre and close to blue lake. Staff was extremely kind, they knew it was our honeymoon and they were so generous to give us a complimentary bottle of wine, big thank you to them!!

Peninsula Hotel Motel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a restaurant and bar in Adelaide. The staff on arrival, unfortunately I didn't get the ladies' names, were so friendly helpful and full of knowledge . I was very pleasantly surprised.

Boasting a terrace, restaurant, bar and free WiFi, The Tanunda Club Guest Suites is set in Tanunda, 42 km from Big Rocking Horse and 42 km from My Money House Oval. The hotel has family rooms. Location, location, location: We had looked for a combination of hotel and winery in walking distance to each other, and this one ticked all the boxes: you can easily walk over to Chateau Tanunda in about 15mins (and others are walkable too, if you don't mind walking 30-40mins). The hotel is part of a pub/restaurant - but the rooms are really surprising: completely new, with a rain shower, quite spacious and quiet (this being a Monday maybe, could be louder on a Friday evening). We also enjoyed the restaurant and a glass of wine on the front porch. There's ample parking in the back. Didn't see any breakfast options, but this was rare on our trip anyways - there's a bakery nearby to help you out.

Boasting garden views, Marananga Cottages provides accommodation with terrace, around 43 km from My Money House Oval. Really nice and cosy furnished. High standard. Great bed. Shady front porch where you can sit and ad enjoy the greenery and birds flying around. Nice complementary breakfast and bottle of wine from the neighbor cellar door. Great base visiting the Barossa Valley.

Set in Woodside, within 19 km of Big Rocking Horse and 36 km of Victoria Square, Aberdeen Lane offers accommodation with barbecue facilities and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests... Our accommodation at Aberdeen Lane was fantastic. We stayed in the deluxe king suite at the rear of the property, very quiet. It truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was brand new, and the rooms were really nicely appointed. Bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a large bath, double shower, double vanity, and separate toilet. I would most definitely recommend. We will be visiting again for sure. Tremaine really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and gave plenty of advice on local places to visit. Great location and a short 10 minute walk to Baristers Block Winery along the bikeway.
