Ascot on Swan Bed & Breakfast, an air conditioned property with beautiful picturesque river walks, Gloria Jeans’ coffee and café facilities and a fresh food trading company & convenience store within... The property was conveniently located close to Perth airport. We flew in one evening and were flying out the next evening. The excellent hosts, Evelyn and Terry collected us from the airport and worked out a plan for the next day , which involved storing our luggage while we went to Fremantle, then meeting us at the station near the airport with our luggage and dropping us at the terminal. The bedroom was very comfortable and we also had a sitting / dining room. A good selection of continental breakfast provisions were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Julia and Pete were very nice hosts who had great advice on the surrounding area. Breakfast was very nice and the room was amazing, and bigger than expected. Cleanliness was top of the line and I had a perfect stay.

Located near the Avon River on a 50 acre land, Mountain Park Retreat boasts uninterrupted views of the hills and surrounding landscape. A beautiful property. We had 10 stay for 3 nights, plenty of room, comfortable and the hosts Laureen and John were very welcoming and easy communication from booking until end of stay! Highly recommend! Thank you both!
