After 3 years, this is my second time in this magnificent location, as always a true spectacle! Stepping through the entrance is like stepping into a time machine and when you leave the city skyline behind, you find yourself immersed in a wonderful "era" where you are welcomed as always, with the utmost care. We had the pleasure of staying in the new area, beautifully designed with the same charm and comfort. I would still like to personally thank the Director Mr. Fabio Marigliano and all the Staff of The Chedi Al Baiat, for giving us, as always, the utmost welcome and that extra something that convinced us to come back here! I definitely got value for my money staying at Crystal. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Check-in was super easy all over the process was smooth. plenty of parking space. The rooms were clean, but can be better. The hotel and the decor is a bit old-fashioned, but that did not bother us at all. We liked it very much for one day

Spacious one bedroom and bathroom apartment, large open lounge, kitchen and dining area. Kid friendly and room service was very good. On a few occasions we requested the cleaning/room service, it was very good and the cleaners make an effort to check all is okay. Telephone room service was very good and the various staff would help with all our enquiries. Swimming pool was lovely. The restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was always good every day. We had a great experience and would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Local mall has a kids play area, plenty of shops. Reception were great at organising taxis for us.
