Breakfast - while there was initially a mix-up with our reservation getting lost, the staff recovered very nicely and set-up a table for eight and gave us exceptional service. Kudos to the staff! Valet parking was excellent and located in front of the hotel, very helpful to grab a few forgotten items from the car.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The car park facility is great if you have a car. Convenient to get to the airport. I stayed one night before my long international flight and needed to return my hire car. It's a great place to make sure you are well rested before getting on the plane. It is very close to JFK airport.

This hotel will be my choice for overnight stays when flying in/out of JFK. First time staying here was an excellent experience. We arrived wore out and beyond fatigued from an 8hr overseas flight. Staff were fabulous, room et bath were large. Amazing night's sleep!! Upscale breakfast. Small open food bar for pizza, wine, beer, salads, etc. was available when we arrived at 9-930p and was just what we needed! Very important, the shuttle service was punctual, approx 10 minute drive from airport, and available 24hrs. Exceeded our expectations in every way.
