THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE BEEN TOO I WILL POST THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS I THINK THE STAFF WAS RACIST THE HELPERS DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND THEY FAILED TO SUPPLY TOILETRIES EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO FRONT DESK WHICH I HAD TO PAY AN OUTSIDE SUPPLIER AS MANAGEMNT FAIL TO ASSIST THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE AND PATHETIC AND I WILL NEVER BOOK AT A HILTON EVEN AGAIN ASK THE STAFF IF THEY NEED TRAINING --I CAN GIVE THEM FULL TRAINING . THE BOARD FO DIRECTORS NEED TO VIEW WHAT I AM SAYING AS THEY WILL JUST BE LOSING CLIENTS . I FEEL PITTY FOR THEM AND BOOKING .COM AS I AM NOT SURE HOW YOU CAN RECOMMEND SUCH POOR QUALITY PLACE. We were looking for a hotel which is "somewhere in the middle" to reach central points for international visitors and staying in this hotel was the perfect choice. The Quality of this hotel is really good; the location for us to visit Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and the beaches was perfect. On top of this location advantage, the hotel was clean, quiet and breakfast was very good and with many choices and very friendly servers. Being so close to a GOLF area this could be a good choice for golfers. Rooms are quiet and well served.
