everything was wonderful ! especially the very accommodating manager! he took care of all our requests.. he was very helpful too .. after check out he even carried our bags! it was very shocking to see that, as he had no shortage of staff around him! he guided us perfectly well what to see & eat in the city! I loved the hotel ! the rooms , the size , the comfort !! the cherry on the icing was their location! they are literally located on the promenade -the most happening & bustling side of Izmir! with fabulous cafes & restaurants to choose from !! the terrace restaurant view is mind blowing during breakfast !! we returned to stay with them on our return journey from our road trip , so the manager as a loyalty perk waved off the parking charges -which was very Generous of him!
