I liked the way they treated us. My wife had lost her Pasport in the Haram, luckely we found it the same day we were supposed to leave. We really appreciate their help, specially the Hotel administrator Mr Hafed and very helpful young lady Miss Layali she helped us a lot, also Miss Hiba the receptionist. I can't forget the Catering Manager Mr Yaser and the Catering staff. I liked the food very much.
