I had a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful special Waleed was very warm and welcoming. They provided free coffee sachets and tea bags in the room with free water bottles. The location is perfect for those coming for Umrah and Hajj. They have free bus service from the hotel to Masjid Al Haram, it takes 5 minutes by bus and 25 minutes by Walk.
