The room is spacious and clean and comfortable for the value for sure. The staff are all helpful and very friendly. When I reached, there were 3 checking in before me and they staff were very professional and speedy and helpful. I was going to stay for one day before my trip to dubai, but I stayed for two days instead and changed my plans. Everything is near hotel, car wash, restaurant and supermarket... Etc For sure I will stay there again!

FIRSTLY I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ROZA HOTEL APPARTMENTS FOR HOSTING US. THEY GAVE A WARM WELCOME TO US AFTER A LONG TIRING JOURNEY FROM UAE. TWO NIGHTS STAY WERE AWESOME. WE FELT LIKE WE WERE IN OUR OWN HOME. THE STAF WERE VERY ATTENTIVE,FRIENDLY AND MORE LIKE A FAMILY. THE ROOMS VERE CLEAN AND THE BEDS WERE SUPERRR COMFORTABLE. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING FROM THE ROOMS. GREAT PARKING, COMFY TOILETS. I TRULY WANT TO THANK ROZA MANAGMENT FOR HELPING US.. AND WE HAD A GERAT TIME IN MUSCAT. WE WERE A FAMILY OF THREE FROM UAE. SO NEXT TIME WHEN EVER I THINK OF VISITING MUSCAT I WILL ONLY PREFER MY STAY IN ROZA. IN ONE WORD I CAN SAY IS ROZA HOTEL APPARTMENTS IS OUR SECOND HOME. THANKYOU.

The room is very nice, the pool is perfect to refresh during the hot days (everyday). Most of the times I was alone there. The breakfast can be nice sometimes, but with Thai influence which is not my favorite cuisine. They have like a small kitchen, but not equiped with anything.
