Location was beautiful. There was a lovely restaurant (Stitches). just down the road with exceptional Otago PinotNoir (Misha’ Vineyard “The High Note”). The village is a capsule in time!

Clydestay is located in Alexandra. This country house offers barbecue facilities and WiFi. The country house includes a kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster, as well as a kettle.

Lovely location in countryside, although you do need a car to get to either Clyde or Alexandra which aren't too far, 3km & 5km respectively. Karen & Mick were friendly & helpful - lent an e-bike & also able to use their washing-machine. Bed was comfy, nice shower, heated towel rails, plus outside patio facing mountains with sun umbrella & bbq provided. All in all, we had a lovely 6 days at Clydestay.
