The hotel was beautiful and the staff helped me with everything + was always super kind! Got upgraded to a better room for free, which was amazing and the room was great with everything I could ask for. The room got cleaned every day and was always nice and clean - so just perfect! The hotel itself is located nearby Lelylaan station (around a 10 min walk away) and therefore it only took 10-15 minutes to get to Amsterdam city or just 6-7 minutes to the Airport. This also meant that there was no noise from the streets at night, which made my stay even greater! - So overall, an amazing hotel with a great value for the price. Would 100% recommend 😃🇳🇱

Additionally, the gym and spa facilities, particularly the complimentary hydro bed massage treatments, added a luxurious touch that enhanced our overall experience. A notable mention must be made of how efficiently the staff handled our booking mistake. Despite having booked for the wrong month, they adjusted our reservation without hesitation, showcasing their exceptional customer service.

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious! Location was perfect, you can walk to the tram in less than five minutes and the train station in less than ten. The best part of all was Lizzy, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She ended up helping us when we had a problem arise with a car rental and I’m not sure how it would have turned out otherwise. We are so grateful!
