Excellent customer service from hotel staff - they're very attentive, friendly and accommodating! Got offered an upgrade to a room that had a view of the Fairmont Hairpin Curve and it really is an incredible view just from the balcony. Room was very neatly put together and spacious, super comfortable and luxurious. Dined at the restaurant - highly recommend. Hotel is right next to the casino and just a short walk to everything else in the area.

The rooftop pool is perfect, great location - parking nearby, close to the casino and the beach by walking. Great view and supermarket with boulangerie around the corner with a big market place. Very well equipped, spacious and available, helpful host.
