EVERYTHING!!! We had a king sized room on floor 11, the room was very spacious and the view was incredible for the price we paid too! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, no issues with the little Japanese that we could speak. Dining at the hotel was also exceptional, and the provided carpark across the street was also a real treat with our stay. The location was also fantastic being just up the road from Yokohama Chinatown and various attractions.

We stayed just for a day before catching a flight from Haneda.
Staff very friendly.
Very big room everytime you need is included and the view is unbeaten.

The Hyatt Regency in Yokohama was absolutely perfect for us. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The hotel was very well located to Yamashita Park and surrounding attractions in a beautiful part of Yokohama. We could not fault anything.

Our checkin (including the underground parking which was 3000JPY per day) was quick and easy.
The room was large and included a balcony, great kitchen, big bathroom, washing machine and large TV. All very comfortable and the ipad in the room can be used for information or ordering room service and a few complimentary items like tea bags.
