I’ve upgraded the room on arrival to the Cozy one from Shoebox. Shoebox is reeeeealy small and there is no bidet there. Desk agent was very nice and helpful. Room was quiet and cozy. Everyday cleaning. Good quality of tea, cream and coffee in the room. The hotel is located close to Villa Borghese so you can jogging or just walking there. Very nice place.

We stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel to be wonderful. The staff were all so friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the location perfect and the rooms very comfortable. The quality of the hotel interiors and the design was also lovely. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Everything was more than perfect, Mr. Ahmed abdelgawad from the guest relations and Francesca from guest management made our stay impeccable. Mr Ahmed went above and beyond to make us comfortable all throughout and Francesca gave us necessary tips for getting around in the city. The staff are all so kind and always in service. The hotel’s location is incredible and the breakfast’s quality was top notch! We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us incredible arrangements for a very romantic room, the view was amazing and the bedding was very comfortable. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had! So excited for our next stay!
