Beautiful family owned and run bed and breakfast. It was our first time in Positano and after researching places to stay we decided on this one - and we’re so happy we did! Started with a warm welcome at the restuarant incl a glass of Prosecco. The restuarant has stunning views the food is so delicious and fresh we kept going back. Breakfast is included, we had croissants, coffee, cal rede salad, fresh juice and fruit and omelettes. The room is stunning with gorgeous views, clean and in a great location with cafes / restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, wine deli close by. The family treated us like family, made us feel welcome and gave us helpful recommendations on where to go. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back next year - thank you!!

The location, view, layout and provisions of the property all exceeded our expectations! It was quite big with a lovely private deck, also quite big, with such a gorgeous view. Gaetano gave us very helpful information and tips on our arrival for planning our stay and activities. He also went the extra step of having some basic items stocked in the kitchen such as a fresh, unopened milk and cereal. He was also great for communication during our stay as he helped set us up with a driver when needed. The location is quiet even though it is well situated near stores and restaurants. Gaetano also allowed us the flexibility of leaving our luggage safely on the property for a little extra time after checkout as our flight was much later in the day.

I can not express my absolute happiness with the professionalism and attention to detail from this hotel. They contacted me about 3 or 4 weeks before we were meant to arrive and notified me that they were renovating and were unable to accommodate us. As a result, they would find us something else. And they did. They put us up in a far more expensive hotel and we were only required to pay the amount they were going to charge us. So they paid the huge difference - over twice the amount as the hotel they put us in was a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms - extremely fancy. I noticed on booking com that there were cheaper hotels available but this hotel choose to put us up in a more expensive place. This is a huge expensive for this hotel and it showcases that they are serious about their customers. Throughout the experience they notified us about every single step and answered all our questions. When we got there, they were renovating and it looks like it will be even better than their photos on line (the hotel that they organised for us was about 30 metres away so we had a look at their renovations). It will definitely be a place to stay. It is seems to have very nice views. Thank you so much for ensuring that you found something suitable for us. You really went out of your way and I can not express our thanks enough. The hotel that you put us in was absolutely lovely as well. It was raining on the day and the lady got us from the parking area - about 20 metres away or so. I can not recommend this hotel enough for looking after their guests and ensuring when something goes wrong they will do something about it and make their customer happy. Please note, that I have never stayed at this hotel before so it wasn’t like I am a regular and they are expected to look after me more. . I look forward to staying in your newly renovated hotel.
