We so enjoyed the whole ambience of the hotel. All the staff were so welcoming, polite and attentive. Lovely cooked breakfast each morning, especially the waffles.

An amazing location, a short walk into Kingston-Upon-Thames. The staff are friendly in the pub, a good selection of drinks is available at the bar. I did not try any food whilst there but imagine it would be very nice.

Clean, modern, big windows, parking. I love the fact there are cooking facilities helps to keep costs down as eating and doing activities in London gets expensive. A Sainsbury’s local is close by.Theres is now an option to order breakfast but we did not use this

when checking in - was welcomed with 2 warm cookies (which was a lovely unexpected treat) and was upgraded to two double beds, which was lovely as we were there for CRUK Walk at Battersea Park . Breakfast was an extra i paid for and was very good, with a nice variety of cereals and a cooked English breakfast. Cost of extra was similar to other hotels in London. We only stayed one night. Room was comfortable, clean and modern bathroom, nice decoration, nice modem flat screen TW, complimentary tea/coffee in room
