Have stayed before and love the friendliness of staff the room and restaurant, if I were to complain it would be that the room services were stopped, but that wouldn’t stop me from staying, I’ll stay again next time I’m in England

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by staff, all with a smile on their face. Two staff in particular Sophie and Holly deserve a special mention as both made our stay so easy with a small baby. Our apartment room was perfect and brilliant value for money and if we needed anything the staff were always willing to help.

I fell in love with this hotel. Cleanliness and welcoming in all the ways!!! I can go back here whenever I want to visit Dartford. 🤩
