Very friendly and helpfull staff, the room was comfortable and quiet, the food at dinner in the bar was very good and reasonably priced, and we had a very nice breakfast. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with opportunities for woodland walks.

I booked a room with twin beds on the website and was subsequently informed that twin beds were on a first come first served basis and so we did not get twin beds. This is unacceptable and the website is misleading.
