Trendy, clean, everything is brand new. Delicious breakfast upstarts if you want to add it to your stay. Staff is very friendly ( despite me arriving tired and cranky, pardon for that ). Price is very reasonable for the quality of accommodation considering it is Paris. Highly recommend.

We had a great size family apartnent (5 persons) in a perfect condition, as if it was never even used! Delicious and various breakfast with best bacon and eggs we have ever had! Restaurant was also peaceful and stylish.Warm swimming pool with sauna was very relaxing after the day in the city. Metro stop just few mins away. Montparnasse tower with amazing views within 5min walk! Would / will come again !

The room was super cosy I was alone this time and as I know the rooms are small in Paris it did not shock me! but the toilet was as big as the room with a beautiful shower and a electric toilet with heating the seat and so on :) evenings was music with Dj or another cute events going on the location was the best best 5 minutes walk to Galeri Lafayette and that was perfect for me who likes to shop. alot of restaurants around and 2 min for the Metro station. walking distance to museum Louve and champ elysee around 20 min! Loved it
