Second time staying here. The staff is so nice, and the hotel is super warm and comfortable. The pool is heated to 26 C, so swimmable even in cool weather. The hotel was very welcoming of our 3 toy poodles. We also love how there is parking available. We plan to stay longer next time and enjoy the amenities.

Everything was super great , the reception staff were really friendly and helpful with everything, they explained for us everything about the whole city not only the hotel , the afternoon tea area was so nice and relaxing, we had great time in the spa and we used the jacuzzi and sauna .
