Everything was fantastic. Location less than 10 minutes drive to the town and the castle. Safe parking available in the house. The room was very nice and quiet, spotless and comfortable. Very good stay with family of 5. Great location, within walking distance to city center and also to La Cité (about 20 minutes, up the hill, but doable). We went during Christmas season and the town was truly alive, lots of markets and attractions. Comfortable house, easy access (with code to the door). And the jacuzzi certainly a plus. Lots of options for commerce (market, bakery, etc.) and restaurants nearby. Would certainly stay here again.

For a hotel with a view of the castle then this one does offer rooms with that purpose in mind. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. A special thanks to all the reception staff we dealt with in solving a problem with transport out of Carcassonne due to SCNF train issues. They were excellent.
