Overall staff needs much more trainning since their way to treat guess was not appropriate and even less they were willing to understand the question / request in order to proper answer or serve. Client focus was absolutely missing.

Incredible property, smelt amazing everywhere. We’re still talking about how good it smelt. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Wonderfully chilled environment, feels luxurious but homely and not stuffy. The room was exquisite, so comfortable and had everything we needed. Also had wonderful Le Labo products in the bathroom. Free access to great bikes, which were perfect for sight seeing. Within great proximity to key attractions, like Dune du Pilat and to catch the short ferry to Cap Ferret. The staff provided great recommendations, that made our trip really magical.
