New hotel, very central, very friendly staff and owner (he solved very quickly a personal problem that I had, made efforts towards it, really appreciated), room is spacious and very bright, bed confortable, many plugs everywhere for all your electrical apparatuses (this is always missing, even in expensive hotels!), complementary tea bags with water boiler in the room, good quality Wi-FI, A/C works well. Good restaurant just beneath the hotel. Taxi stand and bus stop very nearby.

This apartment is just lovely. Everything is updated and very comfortable. The snacks and drinks were so welcoming! Our kids loved this stay. Perfect for a family or couples traveling together. Communication was great and the host was so helpful.

I was met by owner, given the keys and given information of the city. Toledo is on a hill, and escalator type access allows the visitor to not need to walk up the steep roads. Apartment is in quite part of the lower city. All apartment facilites were good
