It was perfectly situated north of Madrid to walk 15 minutes to the Metro for the city. The receptionist explained the route which was easy to follow. The hotel had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We parked safely on the road.

I really liked the views outside, the room was spacious and the bathroom was enormous. The room was clean and it had a big wardrobe. I recommend the stay, well spent money! :)

The location is spot on, we needed somewhere to rest our heads for the night as we were travelling from Fuengirola to Santander. The hotel has everything you need but like most families, we were craving a McDonald’s and there’s one down the road from the hotel along with a supermarket and other large department stores. Next to the hotel is a BP garage and the hotel parking was very secure. Breakfast was lovely with a large variety of goodies such as a Spanish style English breakfast, cereals, yoghurts, toast, croissants, doughnuts, fruit and continental breakfast. Coffee, tea and juices were on tap and we were even allowed to take one for the journey 😍👌🏼 The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We had our furfriend with us and he loved it too. Toiletries were there if you need them and towels galore. Room felt safe and secure and we had a view of the pool. There was our gym there too but we didn’t use these as we didn’t have time. The staff were lovely and made you feel really welcome. The lovely chap that checked us in was bilingual so there was no language barrier. All in all a wonderful hotel that is now going in my address book for my future trips to Spain. Thank You Hampton Hilton Alcobendas
