Host is extremely nice, rooms are clean and very comfortable. And it is obvious that there was designer involved - it is not random set of ikea stuff. It is interesting location close to the lake ( I cant find a name of that lake). One of our rooms had a view on lake. You can hear birds.

We arrived later in the afternoon so did not manage to walk around the area, but the views from the hotel were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the evening meal and there was a lot of choice for breakfast. We have stayed in a Parador hotel before and love the old buildings they are in.

The staff were amazing. The location is great, especially if you arrive by train. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. It was too cool to use the pool, but that's not why we stayed in Vitoria. Easy walking to everything

Everything was new. Great central location, very very friendly receptionist, good beds. Good food at the restaurant, the waiter was very friendly and funny. He gave good advice and contributed to make our evening great, despite our tiredness.
