Nice building tastefully restored in a delightful square. All close (market, many restaurants and shops, pharmacy, etc). We highly recommend this place. Building is located very close to the plaza de espana and royal castle. It takes 3-5 min to get there. In 6 min distance is located royal park and park with templo de debod. Location is great. The reception works round the clock and they are very helpful.

Amazing location, friendly staff and very clean and comfortable. The roof top bar was a plus. Great drinks! Even though it is very central we were on the 5th floor with a great view and there were no noises. The blackout curtains were amazing too.
