This is clearly a very well run hotel, where the staff have a great team ethos and were either efficient or helpful or both. This might partially explain its popularity even in late October, and also included a mix of locals for El Classico game night, where the place was packed.
Floor 4 rooms have a slight height restriction with the slope of the roof, but we're well furnished, and the bathroom excellent. The price was very good value and included a buffet breakfast that offered a full range of cold and hot foods.

We hade a lovely room (upgraded by reception) overlooking the pool and garden. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely large shower room and a balcony. It had a safe and fridge as well as lots of room for clothes.
Being english we would have liked a kettle for tea and coffee. We used the pool and enjoyed some time relaxing on the many sunbeds. It was an easy walk to the promenade and the many restaurants. We only stayed one night but would have been very happy to stay longer. We were lucky to have a quiet corridor at night, whereas my brother in law on a lower floor said that the banging of doors kept him awake a bit.

Had a sea view room with balcony, the balcony has a glass screen, when we woke in the morning we had an amazing view from the bed across the bay of Roses with the sun rising and the little fishing boats heading out..

Everything, the property is beautiful everything is up to the detail, they have everything very well put. It feels like a home away from home. The house is very well maintained and so cosy. Sylvia and Francis made us feel at home, they were extremely nice, recommended us a great place close by to have dinner and a great place to enjoy the beach nearby. Their personal history is very moving and lovely. Their dogs very well trained and great company. If you don’t like dogs, this is not the place for you, but if you like them or have some, this place is going to be perfect for you. The breakfast is perfect, you have lots of things to chose from, and they offer dinner, which is also very nice. If you have some disabilities, you can chose this place, they have the place prepared for it, the room, the swimming pool and even a parking space close to the main house so you don’t have to move around. Overall a perfect place to stay and enjoy some time off. Looking forward to come back.
