Nice modern rooms. Good variety of breakfast options. Great location for the 2 local football venues we needed to get to (Ciudad Deportivo Valdelasfuentas was 10 minutes in a taxi and Polideportivo Jose Cabellero a 5 minute walk across the road). Easy to get Ubers and close to the mall, Plaza Norte 2 (15 minutes walking ). 30 minutes in an taxi to Central Madrid and Atletico Madrid stadium.

Breakfast is nice. Staff is nice but not very accommodative. It has all that you need but you just need to ask for it. The place is in nice neighborhood and I feel quite safe, even walking around in the middle of the night.

It was a great stay, with great amenities. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was also very close to the airport, with a shuttle to terminal 4.

Everything. Amazing Premium Junior suite for amazing value for money. Just a shame we could not arrive earlier as delayed on the road to enjoy the amazing hot tub in the room. Staff so nice and friendly. Would highly recommend.
