We stayed here for the Champagne Festival. Very nice hotel conveniently located a short walk to the centre of town. The breakfast buffet was very well done with a variety of eggs, pancakes, crepes, cheeses, breads, muesli, etc...one of the better ones I've experienced at a German hotel. My friends and I also very much appreciated the staff here who helped us get new dinner reservations at the last minute on a Saturday night after a snafu with the restaurant I (mistakingly) chose for our group. They found us a lovely Italian place in walking distance - it was perfect!

The rooms are quiet, although a little small for our expectations. The rooms were made up daily. Towels are restocked on a daily basis. The pin-based entry and remote check-in are a definite plus. The biggest advantage is they do not charge for the parking which is a covered parking area. The access to and from the city to the hotel is also great, even if you are using the tram or ICE. both the stations are just 5 minute's walk away.
