One of the best hotels I've stayed! The amazing design of the building, outstanding service from all staffs (from the doorman to the IT manager), the view of our room, the variety of breakfast... literally everything! Check-in and out went very smooth. Miss Zuo & Miss Pan at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I can see they really like their job and feel proud of it. Will definitely come back!

A very attentive staff, especially the lady manager who went above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Our room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed, controllable heat/air conditioner, and daily housekeeping. Shower is powerful and hot, and the toilet had a warm bidet. The breakfast buffet has good selection both Western and Chinese, cereal and fruit, porridge and rice, and with any order type of eggs on demand. They tried to vary the menu on a daily and weekly basis. There is a beautiful park along the canal next door, which we had a spectacular view of from our 20th floor windows, and with the twin needle towers (188) and the "trouser pants" towers of Suzhou Centre in the background. The elevators are extremely efficient. 24 hour attendants at the desk.

But breakfast in this hotel was a real experience for me!!! Not only was the breakfast different every day, but even the complementary meals throughout the day were new and different. Amazing in taste, so I thought it necessary to thank the chefs - two chefs, one for the sweet part, the other for the dishes, both were personally present in the dining room. Excellent, thank you!! Just go on! In addition, the view from the glass restaurant from a height of 400 meters - FANTASY!

awesome location. right next to an ancient canal in the old part of town. popping at night and so relaxing in the morning. great price! do bring the basics (shampoo, toothbrush, etc) but there's a store close by which has all that. i'll stay here again if i visit again.
