We have been to Suzhou many times but this was the first time we stayed in Crown Plaza. We are very happy with our selection, the location, the water view and the hotel's proximity to major attractions are first class. The walking path above the water next to the hotel makes our stay even more enjoyable. It is so beautiful with flowers along both sides of the pathway. The service is excellent with all our demands are met. We celebrate our milestone birthday here. The check-in, room services and breakfast are all great. This is one of the best Crown chain hotel in the world we have stayed. We wish to thank you all for the great facility and service.

This is IHG new brand Hotel , just opening on last year. It's the tallest building around in that area with amazing city view or river view from room. I really like this hotel's design, it really shows the unique design of even style . I have been traveling around the world on business for almost 30 years and spend nights in 4*-5* hotels. During that time, I changed dozens of hotels and had breakfast in practically all of them. But breakfast in this hotel was a real experience for me!!! Not only was the breakfast different every day, but even the complementary meals throughout the day were new and different. Amazing in taste, so I thought it necessary to thank the chefs - two chefs, one for the sweet part, the other for the dishes, both were personally present in the dining room. Excellent, thank you!! Just go on! In addition, the view from the glass restaurant from a height of 400 meters - FANTASY!
