The staff are nice and attentive.
The beds with a “pillow menu” are beyond comfortable. The view from the room over the temple area, the shopping centers and the eastern part of Chengdu is great.
The food and breakfast in their main restaurant is of very good quality. At times, there is quite a while to wait for a la carte food both at dinner and breakfast, but perhaps for the quality and nature of the preparation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very communicative on messages, which I appreciate very much, that’s a strong point for the hotel. They helped to arrange my panda breeding centre tickets. Also, they received my Tibet permit well in advance where they handed over to me once I arrived. Room was very comfortable. Good modern one with beautiful artworks. Many pillows options that you can request. Mini bar is there. You have a nice kettle as well. Breakfast is the highlight. You’ve a massive breakfast

everything ! I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable panda-themed hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. One of the coolest features was the robot that delivered food right to your door when you ordered through an app (similar to Uber Eats , grab). It made the stay even more enjoyable.
